Saran Dunmore is a life coach for kids who leads with passion, compassion and energy! She is a Mom to an elementary school age child, a former NBC 5 Fitness Contributor and a former Fitness Coach on MTV's "I Used To Be Fat", which currently airs on Prime Video. Her background in fitness and journalism helped her cultivate strong leadership skills. Saran brings a wealth of experience, marked by strong communication, creative thinking, confidence, and a deep sense of empathy. She also leads with kindness, laughter, inclusivity and knowledge.
Her most meaningful role? Without a doubt—being an active mom. Saran credits her leadership skills to being an active kid who thrived in team sports. So from the very beginning, she’s been intentional about building the same foundation for her daughter. Saran firmly believes that active kids grow into active adults and strong leaders. Physical activity not only challenges children but also teaches them to overcome obstacles, build confidence, and develop lasting resilience.
Her passion extends far beyond her own family. Through Kids Leading Kids, Saran is dedicated to equipping all children with the tools to lead. She believes that kids can be powerful change-makers—especially when they lead each other. For Saran, the future belongs to kids who grow up with strong leadership skills, a healthy mind, and an active body. That’s the foundation she works to build every day—not just in her daughter, but in every child she mentors.
